Rebecca Kerley is an Associate in the firm’s New York office focusing on Securities & Complex Commercial Litigation.
Previously, she served in the Consumer Protection Division in the Office of the Attorney General of Tennessee. There, she reviewed economic research and conducted factual analysis for antitrust investigations. Ms. Kerley also has experience in contract law in a prior law firm.
During her time in law school, Ms. Kerley served on the Managing Board of the Virginia Environmental Law Journal. She also worked as a Teaching Assistant and a Visiting Research Scholar in Economics at Harvard University for a year.
Ms. Kerley has experience translating documents and interpreting interrogatories for Spanish-speaking clients.
